Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing any reasons.


In the case of a purchase contract, the cancellation period is fourteen days from the date when you or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier accepts the last partial shipment or the last item. To exercise your right to cancel, you will need to notify us (email: info@qunto1981.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by clear declaration (e.g. letter sent by mail, fax or email). You may use the enclosed sample cancellation form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send the notice exercising your right to cancel before the end of the cancellation period in order to comply with the cancellation period.

 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.


Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must immediately refund any payments made by you, including shipping charges (with the exception of additional charges resulting from selecting a shipping method other than our standard low-cost shipping method), at the latest within fourteen days from the date your cancellation notice was received. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless expressly otherwise agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund the payment until the returned goods have been received or until you have furnished proof of returning the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods promptly and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date you notified us you are canceling this contract. This period is considered to have been observed if you send the goods within this fourteen-day period.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return, including customs fees.  

You are only liable for potential depreciation of the goods if this depreciation can be attributed to handling, which was not necessary to examine the properties and function of the goods.
